PVC Flooring Product Introduction 
PVC flooring, also known as PVC plastic flooring, is a new type of lightweight floor decoration material made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin as the main raw material, added with plasticizers, stabilizers, calcium powder and other auxiliary materials, through calendering, extrusion or scraping processes. It is divided into coil, sheet, SPC lock and other types, and is widely used in home decoration, commercial, medical and sports venues.

1. Material Structure
Multi-layer Composite Type (Mainstream)
Structure: Wear-resistant Layer (UV/PU Coating) + Decorative Printing Layer + Glass Fiber Stabilizing Layer + Foamed/Dense Buffer Layer + Bottom Layer
Homogeneous Solid Type
The material and pattern are consistent from top to bottom, no layering, and wear resistance penetrates the entire thickness.
SPC Stone Plastic Lock Type (Hard)
Substrate: PVC + Stone Powder (Calcium Carbonate), high rigidity, formaldehyde-free, waterproof and moisture-proof, lock splicing without glue.

- Wear-Resistant and Durable: Surface wear-resistant layer, service life 8–15 years for commercial use, 10–20 years for home use.
- High Elasticity & Impact Resistance: Foamed layer for buffering, comfortable foot feel, reducing joint load; not easy to crack or dent when impacted by heavy objects.
- Super Anti-Slip: Friction Coefficient: Dry ≥0.5, Wet ≥0.45, more non-slip when wet.
- Waterproof and Moisture-Proof: PVC itself is hydrophobic, not afraid of water immersion, not easy to mildew.
- Fireproof and Flame-Retardant: Fire Rating Class B1 (Flame-Retardant), self-extinguishing when away from fire, non-combustible.
- Sound Absorption and Noise Reduction: Sound absorption 15–22dB, reducing footstep and cart noise.
- Antibacterial and Easy to Clean: Dense and non-porous surface, some contain antibacterial agents; daily cleaning + neutral detergent is sufficient.

- Sports-Specific PVC Flooring
Thickness 4–8mm, high elasticity and anti-slip, joint protection;

Classified by Hardness
- Soft (Elastic): Thick foamed layer, soft foot feel, strong shock absorption → Sports, education, medical care
- Hard (Dense): Compression and wear resistance, easy to clean → Industry, warehouses, hospital corridors

- Coil: Self-leveling → Full/semi-paving with environmentally friendly glue → Joint welding (seamless)

Daily Maintenance
- Daily: Sweeping, vacuuming, slightly damp mop
- Stains: Wipe with neutral detergent; avoid strong acid, strong alkali, polishing powder and steel wool
- Protection: Furniture foot pads, door dust mats to prevent sharp scratches
